C-PLOT

Scientific Graphics and Data Analysis

lo

shrink and relocate entire plot anywhere on page

SYNOPSIS

lo [llx lly urx ury]

DESCRIPTION

The locate command lets you reduce the size of the entire plot and position the plot anywhere on the page.

Consider the lower left and upper right hand corners of the available plotting area on the landscape-mode page to have coordinates (0,0) and (1,1), respectively. For the locate command, you enter values for the lower left and upper right hand corners of the plotting area you wish to use with respect to those coordinates. All elements of the plot will then be drawn within the box so described.

With no arguments, you will be prompted for the coordinate values. You can also enter the four values directly on the command line.
