NAME set - define the user angle of a
motor
SYNOPSIS set motor user_angle
DESCRIPTION The set macro is used to
establish the user_angle for the motor
specified by the argument motor. It is most
often used to set the zero of a motor during an alignment
procedure.
The macro uses the built-in function
chg_offset().
