NAME r2scan - reflectivity background
scans
SYNOPSIS r2scan
alpha_start alpha_end alpha_intervals
-beta_off +beta_off beta_intervals time
DESCRIPTION The r2scan macro runs a
series of detector in-plane scans (beta) for different angles of
incidence (alpha) from alpha_start to
alpha_end with
alpha_intervals. Each scan runs beta from
alpha-beta_off to
alpha+beta_off counting for
time for each of the
beta_intervals.
EXAMPLE r2scan 10mr 20mr 10 -4mr 2mr 3 1000
