This configuration is for the DSP CC-488 GPIB-to-CAMAC controller. This controller may be used in a polled or interrupt-driven mode. In interrupt-driven mode, a CAMAC look-at-me (LAM) generates a GPIB service request (SRQ), which in turn, will call a spec interrupt service routine. Interrupt-driven mode is currently only available with National Instruments GPIB controllers. If multiple versions of spec are sharing the controller on the same computer, the controller must be operated in polled mode.
