NAME

gk - enter text and symbols for plot key

SYNOPSIS

gk

DESCRIPTION

The key is an area of text within the plot window used for an explanation of the plotting symbols.

The gk command prompts you to enter lines of text for the key.  You may enter the symbols to be explained using the appropriate code from the sy command.  After the symbol code, leave a space and then enter the explanatory text.  If you enter a c before the symbol code, you can change pens before and after the key symbol is drawn. If the first character is z, no symbol will be drawn, and the text on that line will be written aligned with the symbols on the other lines.

The maximum text length for each line of the key is 64 characters. You can have at most 16 symbols in the key.
